Its very sad to say that we are once again cheated. These days you may heard that the Ratio Promation of Gr I AA's Done. But how it is possible without giving promotion to Sr grade. For the ratio promotion we need clear seniority list first. Then they have to make the promation to the SR. Grade at the same time those who got promotion as AO and AFO should removed from the seniority list. and oly completion of this process they have to issue the promotion order for Gr I. Here the Directorate of Agriculture violated all the procedure of ratiio promotion and blindly issued the promtion for around 450 AA Gr II with effect from 1/04/10. Going through the seniority list it is very clear that atleast 100 AA Should have avail the promotion on or befor Sept 2008.

You r right..also the list published by the department is a bundle of mistakes(?) and errors.....some incumbents r repeated in various places and some others r working even completed their 57 years...we can see some others working now without any NAME nd details...
Shame to the entire departments..
