WHY AAs SALARY NOT INCREASED

Dear fiend,

In 7th Pay Revision Commission Agrl.Assistants' scale was above JHI and PD teacher.
But it did not increased in 8th PRC at par with those posts.
You know why?
The details submitted from the Directorate of Agriculture regarding the qualification,Job etc
were not actual during last Pay Revision Commission.(You can VIEW JOB DETAILS,QUALIFICATIONS were submitted before LAST PAY REVISION COMMISSION)
The proforma submitted before the 9th PRC also not better. Recommendation has been made for all categories,but purposefully ignoring the matter of AAs..(click to view JOB DETAILS of AAs,and DETAILS FOR ALL OTHER CATEGORIES).
You know why these are happening?!
REACT AND PROPAGATE THESE MATTERS WITH OTHERS

This is one of the example of step -fathers attitude towards AA's by our department heads. no other categories in Govt Service of kerala are facing such a negative attitude towards their subordinates.
